    OK. Here's some leverage

Labour has nominated candidates for marginal seats early.

So the incumbents are going to be starting to sweat.

And two of them are Auckland Central (all those scooters!) ; and Waitakere (how many Westies ride ?).

National, Labour, I don't give a rat's patootie. But we can swing votes and heckle the shit out of campaign meetings, unless they come to OUR party.

So let's start swinging into action.

Not that I like one-issue parties*, and I doubt we'd get much concensus among bikers on issues other than levies.

(* Like, what the hell did "animals first" want to do once they'd sorted out the Animals?! e.g. What was their position on National defence?)

That's interesting. Might be time for another letter to my Waitakere MP and Minister for Bludgers, Paula Bennett.

Good to see Labour out of the starting blocks early. Just hope they got their selections sorted.

I think one issue parties are fine as long as they don't seriously expect to win lol.

Hell the meetings would be fun though.

If the issue was big enough, they might win. GULP!!
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

ACT, Progressive, Maori, Green, Monster Raving Looney party... just another set of people with different ideals.

What level of power would you like? What's your goal? What would make your party stand out from all of the rest?

Honestly no power at all. It is however a chance to get good media coverage is it not?

Mind you, The Right Hon Katman? I can imagine question time now.

And transport savings. We wouldn't require ministerial cars. Hmmm... What ministerial bike though?
