That's a silly statement though, 'Rapists' charter'. Rape is a matter for criminal law. ACC deals with the aftereffects on the victim. Their attitude seems very unreasonable, but it would hardly encourage rapists.

But it does seem to say that Because they have been Raped / Abused there is nothing wrong with them, basicaly telling our most Vulnerable to HTFU. Im quietly wondering if there may be a legal case for ACC to answer to over this, Pity that no Emails or letters telling a client that has been raped / abused that they should have enjoyed it or something simmilarly callous, the media would have a feild day and it would give us a rather big crack in ACC to drive home a good wedge.
