I joined up on the site hoping that it would help my marriage ... it didn't but it helped us become good friends.
I've always been interested in bikes and my Dad has always hated them.
When I married a "biker" he was dismayed but... I finally had the opening I needed to learn about bikes...well that was the idea....7 years down the track, I'm finally taking the inciative (sp) and doing something about it, thanks to all the people on this site.
I do know a little about bikes but not as much as I should, or would like.

My star sign is Taurus. I like to hold hands and take long walks along the beach, with a hot and steamy bubble bath afterwards.

Well said. Blessed are the peacemakers. Yes modern bikes have computer chips (ECUs , Engine Control Units) and like cars they can be "chipped". Some of the sports bike chaps will be able to tell you more about this
