Not that! they're stuck being forced to help operate the "traffic scams" & bring in the $$$. If I remember right I think they said they have to do something like 5-10yrs of "traffic scams" before they are eligible to move on & become real police as shown in the vid.
80% of our frontline are operating "traffic scams", they prioritize the money making above all else incl. but not limited to theft, child abuse, drownings.
It is better to apear stupid than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt.
you have just removed all doubt as i have never read a more made up piece of bullshit in my life.

You just live in that delusional mind of yours and belive all you see on TV. yes as has been said that in all walks of life there are the good and the bad but to compare NZ cops the the corruption in Aussie is like saying that all motorcycle riders are part of the Moungel mob.

I'd accept that. Can you clone yourself, please. And get made commissioner (though if that were going to happen the above statement wouldn't be true)

This adulatory nonsense keeps being served up about "the police being there to help you". Humbug. They're not Boy Scouts, or Mummy's Little Helper. They're there to lock people up, or, failing that, at least give them a ticket. If they can't lock you up, or give you a ticket, they're not interested. At most you might benefit from the collateral if they lock someone else up

If you're in trouble, don't rely on the police to help you. It's down to you. Sort it out yourself, if it's too big, call up some mates. If it's already happened, write it off and move on. Burgled? Bashed? Molested? Cops won't want to know. Suck it up, and deal with it. Someone else being dealt to? Just move along, because if you stick your nose in, odds are *you'll* be the one locked up. Think about it - you call the cops. Before they get there, crims move on. So when the cops arrive, all they have is a victim (who probably has no memory what happened) , and one other person - you. So, who's going to get locked up there ? Yep.

Only reason to involve cops, is peremptive (doddering idiot looks like he might be going to *555 you ? *555 him first); or because an insurance company needs the form - which is all the police action will be.

And if you think this is just the response of a grumpy old man - try asking Mrs Ixion her opinion of the police. Mrs Ixion is the very picture of the respectable, authority respecting middle aged lady. But , if it were not that she never swears, the air would be purple. Even without swear words, she manages to be very forthright about the failings of the modern police force. Much more so than me. For the same reasons.

And, I don't hate cops. Most of them (Gingacunts excepted - I wonder if he's the one in the shit in Waitemata district?) they're OK guys , in themselves. Just that as far as the ordinary citizen is concerned, they're no use and potentially trouble. Best kept well clear of

They're NOT there to help you, and you'll do yourself no favours having anything to do with them.Didn't use to be that way. Is now. Sad, and I'd rather I didn't live in a world where that was the case, but there it is.

(Oh, and to short circuit the insinuations that will flow in - I've never been in any trouble with the police, I've had a grand total of three minor speeding tickets in over 50 years, plus one for no WoF . That's it).
Hang on a minute, is it April fools ?(looks at date) no its the first of June.

We have all heard this crap before Ixion. I think the last time was about two years ago. Different post same shit.

Man you are an ignorant dick. People are telling you their actual experiences and/or points of view and you simply dismiss it all as untrue because it doesn't fit in with your less than worldly view point. That 'fuckstain' is the action of a real troll. Now FOAD, I haven't got time for your bullshit.

As there was nothing in your post about your experience with corruption and just opinons i can dissmiss it without a second of thought.
if you don't have time "for this bullshit" why post, or why reply for that matter?
