Wahoo - so much fun for under $10 a week.
well considering its $321 now its not too much greater is it,only for the mopeds
That's for motorcycles under 60cc, not mopeds. Not every < 60cc is a moped.
Moped license should be ACC class 4a $129.24, plus $14.50 license plus $6.50 administration fee plus $1.64 slush fund. Total $151.88 + GST
Any motorcycle under 60cc ACC class 4b $327.70 plus $14.50 license plus $8.14 as above.
Motorcycle over 60cc as per OP

Most of the older 50cc sports models do not qualify, since they have both a power output greater than 2KW(or whatever the figure is) , and a top speed of > 50kph . My old Yamaha RD50 could touch 80kph. Admittedly, I weighed a lot less then!

WELLINGTON: Tag-o-rama
interesting question, will they charge (sorry pun) on a scale based on power (sorry) output? if yes, then will petrol powered bikes have to be changed to the same scale rather than basing on cc rating?
because there is no tax at the pump, they will be charged for mileage like diesels
