    And now on a serious note, that looks bloody nasty. I hope the rider wasn't anywhere near it when that happened.

    Apparently the core of a decent bolt of lightning is hotter than the surface of the sun - over and above the damage that a vast amount of electricity can do...

    know someone who saw a guy get hit by lightning, and then again...ambulance came and got him, this was back 10 years in europe tho
    she doesnt know the outcome but im sure it must have been a shocking experience
