    Damn Asian drivers!

Nup, never bad repped anyone - bit new to all this flash rep and sheete. Not about to start either.

And SM, there's are few more oriental (I take it you meant to supplant oriental for asian in this context - 'cos after all JSG is an "Asian" too) bruvvas lurking on KB than ya think. Don't worry tho, when the revolution comes, I'll give you a 30 minute advanced warning txt....

JSG, sucks about your incident dude. Hope it works out.
Tha Jandal: Adding another dimension to "rubber side down"

Jandal [jan-duhl] noun: a mythical entity presiding over bikers
Jandal [jan-duhl] verb: "to jandal" is to involuntarily separate from one's boik.
Jandalled [jan-duhlled] past tense - usage: "bro, I've just gone and jandalled it"

    Wrong!!!!!!!

The Plod view minor road accidents as a civil matter, and prefer not to get involved. If they are asked to attend, they will issue tickets to all at fault in any way. With no Reg or WOF on your bike, they would have had a field day with you.

Parking in a loading zone? - different towns have different rules, but down here no-one except goods delivery vehicles can use them.

Take it on the chin mate, it's a bitch but it's not a big loss.

By the way, with no Reg or WOF, you are not insured. Don't bother contacting your insurance company.

Don't let it spoil your weekend!

An engineer should be able to sort the brake fiiting out quite easily. As for the mirror make an accurate template up and find a local stain glass hobbiest with a cutter and get them to make it then fit it yourself to the miror housing.

Naah!! can't call them oriental drivers -- that sounds too cool -- lets stick to "Bloody Asian Drivers" -- I think that's the official title.

About this revolution I read somewhere here on KB that NZ is going to in a few decades become an "agricultural satellite state" of China.....

And I don't want no revolution from you Oriental types - with your Ninja's and Kung-fu you'll screw everyone up -- not to mention you will probably be well organised (that's why your "bloody asian" countries are such mega successes) and well funded too.

    No WOF? $200
    No REGO? $200
Not Up to WOF Standard? $150 + green sticker + new WO,F $30.

    $580 total.

Just get another mirror and for goodness sake, sort out your rear brake, IF you had total front brake failure what would stop you?? - apart for the Stagecoach bus that has pulled out on front of you!!

YUP looks like what I'll be doing

Even if I did call them I seriously doubt the cops would have come since no one was hurt and the road wasn't blocked. As those fellas while not giving out speeding tickets actually do some rather important work and are pretty busy.
