I'm planning a ride to christen my new drz400. Anyone else heading that way?

... well I got more traction with this over on the offroad section.

There's a ride on for anyone interested in some of the more "adventure" side of adventure riding.

Meeting at Caltex Wainui at 9am. Heading up thhrough fire breaks to upper hutt and then diving into the akatarawas.

Should be a grand day if the weather does what it's meant to.

Small bike friendly.

Benjah - lurking with interest - do you really mean riding on the Eastern Hills of the Hutt Valley from Wainui - if yes I'd say you may face some objections from the law enforcers - assume you mean entering the forest at Karipoti? Cheers S
