Plenty of daylight at the moment so lets meet at a semi civilized hour.

How does 10:30 or 11:00 am sound?

As for a place, I'm pretty flexible I was thinking of the "Blue Duck" cafe. Good parking and good coffee.

The Inland Kaikoura Rd is tar-seal, I went up that way last Sunday on the busa for lunch, but with all the trucks going in and out by that road it's probably all chewed up so an adventure bike would be the way to go.

Had a great ride yesterday hope you guys enjoyed yourself also.

I'm thinking about heading up and doing Edwards and Mailings Pass if anyone is keen.

Was heaps of fun, good to meet both you and Ben. Hopefully he uploads some of the pictures he took, he did well with breaking in the africa twin!

That's great. I met a guy Saturday who also has one. Should organise a group meet.

Yes was a fun ride and a great first outing for the Africa Twin. I'm not sure how my old vstrom would of handled the steep descent from summit road.

I'd be keen on a group ride if you'd like to organise one.

Hopefully he uploads some of the pictures he took,...
Here's one from Akaroa, not sure why it's sideways. There were a tonne of people and motorbikes there. Only had to wait 20 mins for fish and chips though..

I'll see what i can do. I prefer long distance rides on the AT. Something like Arthurs Haast and Lindis Perhaps?
