if he doesnt show you will win , I think you will win even if he does show take heaps of photos with you its just a pain you had to wait if he doesnt pay I think you can keep dragging him through court especially as you now know his address , are you still in posession of the fairings if so take them with you .

People like him are very slippery and it is likely you will never win a court case against him.
Now you know where he lives the only satisfaction you will get is to go around to his house and kick his fucking dick in. (and video it and post it here please)

Didn't have to in the end. Turns out a pissy message and posting stuff on here may have got his attention! Apparently he rang and left a message with my Dad yesterday. Not sure how he got my Dad's number since he lives in Chch and a bit odd to ring him since I haven't lived in the same house as my parents for 19 years. Good excuse to ring the old man anyway, although he doesn't remember getting a message yesterday?? Must be Alzheimers, which is cruel when you're only 60....

Anyway, the letter will be sent on Monday apparently. I'll ask him if he sent it when I see him on Wednesday, since I hear he'll be at court? Nothing on on that day, so I might come for a look-see. Waitak District is it? Roughly what time Icemaestro? Anyone fancy a ride on Wedenesday?

At the end of the voicemail he says "I hope this is the end of it." Fuck mate, me too......

For anyone who finds themselves in a position where they need to get money off someone who has been told to pay by the Disputes Tribunal but decides not to obey, these guys are a totally legal option. http://www.auckdistcoll.co.nz/

Funny how fast even the slippery characters will pay up when these lads turn up. I'm just saying.....

Not going to court now, There's a new guy working with them to sort out outstanding problems and change things so they hopefully don't happen again. Sounds like a reasonable guy, and I've received (today) a majority refund :-). From the sounds of things hopefully raceevolution will improve from here on out. Cheers yall.

They are very good to deal with and excellent product too (http://justfairings.co.nz). The guy is a real perfectionist. You'll have to take them elsewhere to get painted, but I'd recommend Mark at Kolorinn Kustom, Glenfield. Also a perfectionist and good prices.

Wonder if that's the guy that called and left messages for me? Definitely wasn't Prudvhi, so assumed it was James but maybe it was this new guy? I've left numerous phone messages for them before and have never ever been phoned, so maybe the new broom is sorting shit out?

Glad to hear you got most of your money back. Unless you got to keep the fairings, it should have been ALL your money IMO, but at least it's over eh?

Things there might improve, but even if they sell bikes made out of naked women I'd shove my helmet up my arse before I'd deal with them again. Considering making a complaint to the Consumers Institute about "deceptive and misleading conduct". If it was made clear that they held no stock and shipped straight from China, you could make your own decision about whether it was worth the risk/time vs price. But that's not the case, since what I believe pisses everyone off more than anything is all the bullshit about being 100% Kiwi owned and Auckland based etc etc when it's a prick in a room with a pc in Auckland and means fuck all in terms of product/delivery/service/comeback.

So ice maestro so they contacted you a day before your court case months after you first complained knowing they would get destroyed in court wanting to settle , im speechless , I hope you didnt thank them- what a bunch of wankers , get a full refund mate
