I always look for a bike shop with good customer service, otherwise they are wasting my time. I'll never go back to Boyed Honda in Hams. Bunch of wankers, but I got a good deal on my boots when I pointed out the lack of customer service skills.

Mt Eden were always a good bunch to deal with when I was living in Auckland, and GP trading in the MT.

Service with a smile and a good attitude is a way to keep and get customers...

Yes I actually knew that - I've tested a 4 square ariel and was thoroughly underwhelmed.

I thought the error contributed to the gag in an obscurist kinda way.

found Cycetradeads on Barrys point Road not too bad in that respect, told me my chain was a bit dodge, when I knew it was and hey presto they get a chain and sprockets and labour out of it. Going back there when I run my front slick down a bit more
    !

oh and my fog city thing was cheaper since they knew me from my regular visits top notch servce !!!

i have been desperately TRYING to buy a new bike

for all the dealer assistance i'm getting, i might be better off buying one in NZ and riding it back to Perth

there are no words to express how disenchanted i am at the attitudes i have been getting ................. makes it soooooooooooo hard for me to remember i'm a pacifist

[hey, hand on, i'm NOT a pacifist?? wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! watch your back, lady with supressed angst on the warpath !!]

You took me back 25 years in an instant too.

Attached pic is in our Carport in Shelley.
Traded it on an XS1100 to ride east on. Ended up in Rockhampton
