To every man upon this earth
Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Congratulations CaN2 on passing your restricted. Well done.
Technically you are correct.
But you try and tell her that she has to stay on a 250 for another 18 months.
I know where I will put my money.
oh, i read it as she had passed her restricted test thinking that it was the last test.. well yup, need to hand onto the 250 for a wee bit longer then..
In the government's hands? $400 and 25 demerits when caught. Could she do the passrite course to accelerate onto her full license?Originally Posted by CaN
Insurance policy - Now someone can correct me here BUT......Originally Posted by CaN
She wont be able to insure the new bike as she doesnt have her FULL.
CaN, you could insure it under your name, BUT if she is riding it and she crashes the bike........ the insurance company won't pay out on it at all.
CaN2 is better off, staying with the bike until she passes her FULL license.
If she crashes the bike, then that is money down the drain.
Is it worth geting a $400 fine and 25 demerits points when the police stop her. Is she willing risk it?
you cannot insure something that is outside the conditions of your license. It's also not just the risk of a fine, or if you crash the bike, but it could be what you hit. Those Mercs are quite pricey you know..
Anyway (Crashe will back me up on this one) what's wrong with a Virago 250!!!!:spudflip:
