    Can you alter handlebars?

I've narrowed down my intended bike to a Honda Transalp. However, my dodgy wrist still finds the handlebars slightly uncomfortable. I need the bars to have a slight down turn and inwards (mild cruiser).
Can bars be bent to suit or would I need to look for replacement handlebars?

If they're not clip-ons or alloy then yes, they can.I usta do this to the bars on my mx bikes, buy one the right height then shorten and tweak them to fit properly.

Ventura do bars with different rise and pull back. Work out what you need and I'll check if it's available.

Another option is to find someone in the area that collects old iron. With luck they have a spare few sets of bars lying around, ah Storm.
