Uh - what , no, I'm not drunk. Quite sober. I just don't see sprotsbikes at all, cos they're too small. Sitting way up there , they don't show on my target seeking radar.Originally Posted by Motu
Gravel patch , eh. I like driving on gravel. And I know where those roads are . Remember when the put Eban Ave in. Messed up a good off road bit of ground they did. Moore street used to be a short dead end road, all bush then where the traffic calming shit is now.
But I don't like hitting sports bikes, that's Mr Motu's speciality. I always worry about the bits of fairing getting caught in my suspension - worse than gorse they are. Bits of rider, too, just too much of a hassle having to wash the dried blood off.

Otherwise just carry around about 50 fuses in your pocket and replace them every time it blows.
Mate,if these things are sent try us an they also build character.
You must be one hell of a trying character by now.
Sorry dude couldn't help it,just to easy![]()
Interesting development, I went down to get the bike with Indy around 7pm and omg it works, lights and all. So Indy deciedes he will ride it back up the road. 50m up the street and Vrrrrrrrrrrr..... it all goes flat again.
So I'm guessing it's not a fuse, as fuses don't randomly fix themselves..........do they?![]()
You forgot to tell them tha part where we walk all the way down to the bike, you then look at it and go 'oh yea, I need the key.....'......f*ck-mook lol
Yeah, I should of blusted it hard out, it might of gone

Hey, kids! Captain Hero here with Getting Laid Tip 213 - The Backrub Buddy!
Find a chick who’s just been dumped and comfort her by massaging her shoulders, and soon, she’ll be massaging your prostate.
I replaced one of the fuses with a spare one today, charged the battery up and place it in the bike, da comrades it springs into life. So I turn it off, go grab a helmet, wheel it around out of my garage and turn the key. No power, it's died again.![]()
I figured the connection to the main fuse was shite, so I cut off the current connection and re crimped it. Seemed to work, but fucked out as I went to put it back into it's insulator and away. Played with the wire and one of them seems to be fux0red. I'm going to cut it off further down the line and crimp and replace it with a new wire.
Thanks Magua, if nothing else you've made me feel better about my bike.... I guess you should always remember that somewhere there's someone worse off than yourself...(except maybe in your case!)
cheers![]()
Hmmm a cursed bike aye.....
give ya $50 for it hahahaha.
Yeh sounds like you got some major electrical issues.. (i.e. shitty old wiring)
Hey k14 i had that problem on the gixxer one of the wires was rubbing on the fork clamp so yould short through the fork when ever i turned right..... took bloody 3 fuses for me to suss it out won't be making that mistake again![]()

Lump lingered last in line for brains,

Yamaha wiring is crap in my experience
