    ACC levies to drop?

Article in yesterdays Dom/Post (apologise if already posted):

    http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/0,2106,3436713a11,00.html

Anecdotal evidence indicates that biker numbers are increasing too, but no mention of a price cut for bikers!

As far as it looks, it only mentions motorists - not quite the same as motorcyclists

Shows that not only cage drivers are unaware of motorcyclists.
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

That's weird. Rugby players normally have a god like status in this country and most laws and such which apply to us mere mortals don't apply to them. Why are they being charged more?! What's the world coming too?!?!?!

No, remarkable as it seems ACC are indeed proposing a levy drop for motorcycles, of about $22.

    See their document Here

You'll need to trawl right through to near the end , to page 34. It's in a table so I can't easily copy and paste it.

Bugger, just relicenced the Goose for a year! And the self-employed levies are to rise too, despite the fact being a writer and photographer doesn't exactly expose me to great danger... unless I spell someone's name wrong!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

    Arrow Yea right!

Next thing well be expected to believe that the price of petrol will be going down back under a dollar

Why do big hard as rugby players get to sit out games for such life threatening injures as a bruised thigh or a sore thumb, when malnourished and unloved bike races still race with smashed wrists and broken legs?
Is it caus rugby playas are SOOO hard they don’t want us to feel intimidated by their super human abilities to run with a ball while so close to deaths door?
We all have our little obsessions...
