You are forgrtting that two smokers still have a piston and conrod going up and down and up and down etc. The only sane engine design is a wankel rotary. Nothing but round and round.
    Time to ride

True. Very true. I never quite understood why rotarys haven't taken over completely. But very few of them in bikes. RE5 (rare as, yeah , I know you've got one, skite skite); and the Norton , only ones I know.

Remember to never split an infinitive. The passive voice should never be used. Do not put statements in the negative form. Proofread carefully to see if you words out. And don't start a sentence with a conjugation. (William Safire)

Oh yeah, I forgot the Sachs. Never seen one mind you.

Still don't know why the rotary didn't catch on. Really, only mainstream automotive use is the Mazda RX series. Which seems to go well enough to prove that it can be done. Snowmobiles seem to use em a bit too.

Always thought they seemed a natural for bikes.

Bahahahhaa, I used to work on Richmond Road in Grey Lynn, and I used to almost always catch up to another guy who worked in the same building as me, at point chev at the lights, and we would race each other up the bullock track.
Me at 110kg on my gix 750, and him like 70kg on a modded FZR400, and he would waste me....................every bloody time... bastard.

    That's "Hitcher's", you silly man.

I wouldn't want to be apprentice to multiple Hitchers. *shudder*
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Road going Suzukis dont. T500 went 10+ years and 40000 miles (not km) without the heads off. GT750s often do 50000 without attention
