now if you had a 959r like I suggested gareth, You would have exloded, knocked the tree down, killed 10 hippies and 10 rabbits and devistated some african town, but on the r6 you just get fucked up go figure...

Well shit happens, told you purple wasnt a good color for ya, they always try take you from behind whenever they can - wouldnt have helped with that fag tristan their though....

Glad your not dead and such, and that your bike will be a fuckload easier to fix than a fuxken zxr, considering the amount of aftermarket parts for it...

I'm quite glad the thing started afterwards. That would have been an anus of a place to have to get picked up from!

Any accident where you walk away...

Sorry to hear that you took a tumble on the weekend.
Wrapped to hear that you were able to walk away.
Sharing your pain on the no bike and big bill side of it too!

Take care and take it easy for the next week, you may have a touch of concussion or the like...best to see a doc...that way ACC has got it all documented...just in case a twinge or the like proves to be persistent.

    Best wishes
    K

and chill out a bit. Sometimes we all need knocking down a peg or two to get back in touch with reality. Just be thankful it wasn't worse. Could have dropped it on the side and really done a lot worse

Bad luck mate, but it looks like you've learned from the experience.

Just glad you're OK Gareth - and get yourself checked over - even if you think you're OK - as long as its on ACC records. You never know what might happen down the track.
Seems like 'tis the season to be binning!

you dont remember? you were stumbing down the road littering red wine bottles everywhere. I sat you down and asked how many you had drunken, you can see by your fingers it was 3 so I guess you got 5 for the price of 4 or something like that. after I took the photo I stole your wine btw.
