    Right royal bugger, that, selling a bike only to hear the buyer binned it so soon. Hope it all works out for both parties - speedy recovery and no legal repercussions of the "no reg, no wof" kind.

    thanks for clarifying the situation Ixion - he originally bought it for $1500 and we agreed verbally to a price of $1250 with no wof/reg so it was sold as is - his problem not mine.
