Why are the police doing nothing? Leaving the scene of an accident and failing to ascertain injury/render assistance are offences, let alone driving into the rear of another vehicle. And a simple phone call from the police to Wormalds would certainly produce the answers, they may tell you to piss off but they won't tell the plod that.

    <<<<<< UPDATE >>>>>>
Ok this is where things sticky.
The witness was pretty sure it was a wormalds car that did the damage.
My uncle has now since rung wormalds and wormalds is saying they don’t have a particular car make / model in which the wiriness confessed to. The witness is not so sure now of whole situation. I saw a car coming along point view drive with my prospective of what I through the car was that did the damage, Was white, had a roof rack and was like a station wagon like the witness described, better still it had a broken head light. I went around to AutoStop HQ and had a look at their cars, It was the same make a model that I saw up point view drive but the car but it wasn’t damaged. The thing is they have a few shops / franchise all around Auckland. Might go up point view drive again tonight after 6pm and see if I can see the car / and or tomorrow morning again. Now if this new company is an auto one – well then they will be able to fix there cars quickly if there is any damage – probably why the guy drive off – he mustn’t have been to worried about fixing his own car.

It means they are lying to you.
