    Thumbs up Now that's service!

Ordered a new Jardine exhaust and K&N filter for my S40 (Savage) from www.onlineparts.com midday Wed NZ Time over the net. Couldn't get exhaust in NZ.

Got home last night - (Monday) to find package had arrived. And it was really well packed.
Wasn't even stopped in customs due to some serious undervaluing.

Pretty good I thought - 6 days to get from Nevada, USA to my house in Wellington, including the weekend. I've waited longer to get packages accross town.

My partner has also bought parts from them - and found the service to be excellent.

If you can't find what you are looking for online, just email them or if it is the right time of day you can get "live help". Just go to contact us and click LIVE HELP - a real person reponds. They stock heaps more than they list. For all types of bikes.

Yeah its bloody awesome service alright. I got an exhaust from the states in a week too just a couple of weeks ago. Quicker than what most shops in NZ can get them by.

Well done but don't be surprised. This sort of service is the norm in the US but is only a dream in NZ. Unless of course you shop at AMPS. Get this, I ordered a clip on Micron, Power Commander and a K&N filter for my CBR1000 and they actually had it all in stock. Although Lou added 15% onto the price cause I said in a post that I had slept with his wife.

Stop complaining. I've heard he adds on 50% if you've slept with his sheep. You were lucky he got the story wrong.

YOU NEED TO SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT THE IMPLICATIONS OF YOUR SELFISH ACTIONS 1) YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED INCOME FOR YOUR FELLOW COUNTRYMEN, SOME WHO WORK IN THE MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY.2) IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCT(S) WHO IS GOING TO SORT IT OUT? 3) YOU AND YOUR SUPPLIERS HAVE COMMITTED FRAUD. 4) THE MORE PEOPLE THAT SELFISHLY DO THIS THE MORE NAILS IN THE COFFIN OF THE NZ MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY.ETC ETC AD INFINITUM

OF COURSE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO READILY GET IT IN NZ, 4 MILLION PEOPLE AND A HIGH PROPORTION OF THEM ON WELFARE ( SORRY, INCOME SUPPORT ) MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF CONSUMER PRODUCTS AND TOO FEW CONSUMERS IN THIS COUNTRY TO ECONOMICALLY JUSTIFY STOCKING THEM ALL. LEGITIMATE IMPORTERS HAVE TO PAY THE FULL WHACK OF GREEDY SOCIALIST TAX AND CLEARANCE CHARGES AND IT IS A REAL ANOMALY THAT PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS DONT GET NAILED IN THE SAME WAY.
FRANKLY, YOU AND YOUR TYPE MAKE ME SICK.

    1) Customs, shipping, internet service providers... maybe he gets better service from them, and he's happier keeping them employed...

    2) It's an exhaust... steel tubing, and a K&N filter, a piece of mesh gauze (essentially). What exactly do you predict to go wrong with either of those parts? Any exhaust shop mug with a mig can fix a leak in that...

    3) Fraud? lol... yes, that's right, parallel importing is fraud...

    4) The NZ motorcycle industry is selling plenty of bikes, they're doing fine according to the trade papers that cross my desk at work once a month, perhaps it's only your business that has nails in the coffin?

So he can't get it in NZ, and can buy it cheaper from the States, with better delivery times, and you think he should buy it in NZ?

Frankly, you and your type make me laugh.

Clean cut, do you do anything other than go looking for an arguement. Out of 17 posts I've yet to see anything positive. Get a life.
