Yep - very similar in style (?) to the Quasar.
Being built by Steve Roberts, as ugly as it is, I'll wager it is beautifully built and engineered. It probably belongs in Southward's.
ACC - It's where the Enron accountants all went.

What you're thinking of is the Ecomobile.

The Quasar is the other "thing"....

You are a narrow minded lot!!!,not everyone wants overstyled ,overpowered ,impractical, plastic jap crotch rockets !!!! Try opening your eyes to alternative ideas & philosophies. That bike on TardMe is a fine example of FF [feet forward] design as proposed by such luminaries as Malcolm Newell & Royce Creasy in the UK. Very comfortable , low centre of gravity, built in luggage space & good weather protection ie very practical etc. Check out their websites, very interesting & sometimes quite technical too. This is one example of the the thinking mans motorcycle !!

It is hard to believe but is THE Steve Roberts really responsible for this ridiculous looking thing on TradeMe?? Steve Roberts built Robert Holden's bikes plus lots more innovative road racing and MX machines. The guy is a legend.

Another thing... if you had to describe 'GAY' to someone, and how they say a picture says a thousand words, this would be the most simple answer:
