Just be aware about going on 'Newbie' rides. That's when you realise the lack of power. Ride it for a year until you get your full and then upgrade.
I wouldn't worry about the first bike. It's only a start. You will very quickly progress to something faster.
I paid $100 for my bike.
4 days of hard work stripping it down and sanding.
$160 for tyres.
$20 for a mirror.
$15 for new grips.
Replaced the headlight wiring.
Glassed the cracks in the fairing.
$100 of paint.
