I went out for a stroll at lunch with tthe intention of picking something up that I needed. As I was strolling along I passed several young ladies/women and, being the normal male that I am, I happened glance their way - as a guy might do. No harm in that I thought, I wasn't being overly lavascious (sp) or lewd. Nor was I making rude comments to them or about them. One particular (peculiar) woman looked at me and grabbed her handbag up to her chest as though I'd tried to grab her breasts or something. As I was walking toward her I was quite surprised when, as she walked past, she said "Pervert" loud enogh for me to hear.
I hadn't been taking a special interest in her or looked for any more than a glance. Could be just some nutcase mentally unstable ex-patient (ex-GF some might say), but no, she looked as normal as the next person on the street. The thing is that she was wearing a low-ish cut top and she had, not large, breasts but at a guess I'd say about a C or D cup (hence the notice). She was not unattractive but not stunning either. As I continued my walk I noticed a few other women similarly attired in articles of clothing that were relatively revealing or low cut or mostly both. Not every woman was dressed this way.
My question is this;
If a woman does not want to be noticed or looked at, I assume by a man, then why would she dress in clothes that reveal her 'assets' in this way? I have no problem with a woman dressing in whatever way she wants. Surely a woman would know that by dressing, possibly provocatively, that she will attract attention.
