Apart from the obvious, like road, vehicles etc I assume you mean living critters and such like.

I remember the large billy goat racing across the road in front of fishslayer. That was a real close call as we weren't mucking about either.

Couple of months back, along the Miranda road, hit a large thrush full on the visor at 130kmh. That sounded like a shotgun going off in my ear.

Years back on my Suki 250 when I was 18, I was riding between several
buses at around 25kmh on Quay street when this woman just stepped out from between them, hit my front wheel and collapsed over the handlebars and instrument panel. Carted her up the road a bit, with her hanging over the front of the bike, braked, she slid off and rolled along the ground a bit.

She got up, moaning and groaning and disappeared down a nearby alley dragging a leg. Couldn't find her by the time I parked the bike safely and got off to look for her. No damage to my bike or myself, but gave me a hell of a fright.

Wonder if she's okay??

Had a school kid pull out in front of me on his pushbike, no where for me to go but over him and his bike. No damage to him, bike was a bit bent up, side of my GSXR was scratched from his bike, and I had a sore ankle from getting tangled in his bike. He was very apologetic as I reminded him how lucky he was that I was on a bike and not driving a cage or worse. Couple nights later he and his father came around and paid for the damage to my bike.

A cow side-on!

I was riding home from varsity in England and it came out of an open gate in a paddock with high hedges. I was only doing about 50 km/hr fortunately when it bolted into the narrow road in front of me. No time to take evasive action other to hit the brakes and start laying the bike down. Dislocated my shoulder momentarily in the impact - felt it pop out and back in again as I hit the deck. Sort of slid under the cow and was really worried about being trampled. Bike was a bit of a mess but wasn't far from home so got it trailered back. Tracked down the farmer to try and get redress for him leaving the gate open and was literally told to piss off. Spoke to the cops and they said to forget it. Just had to put it down to experience.

That would be a mynah, Acridotheres tristis, a bird introduced to New Zealand from the Indian sub-continent. Mynah is Hindi for starling.

I haven't hit one of these, but I have hit a blackbird (Turdus merula) and two quail (Callipepla californica), and numerous insects of varying species and genuses.

I have also observed the consequences of Mangell6's collision with a Wood pigeon (Hemiphaga novaeseelandiae). Ouch.

I've only hit a few sparrows,nothing bigger.Most of my riding is on back roads,and I'm looking out for such things.

I did run over an observer at a trial once - he kept moving away as I came closer - but I was target steering and finaly got him,much to his annoyance....

Birds, rabbits, bugs the usual suspects, then a hunk of tree whilst riding in fog and a carrot

Nothing much for years. Handful of birds of various sizes, and maybe a bunny ('twas night, I was not sure).

Then just recently on one ride, an encounter with the Dreaded Pukeko of Doom and the Kamikazi Bunny from Hell. And a moth the size of a small aircraft.

And a small octopus and a large frog.
