No, she did stop, a bit of a way down the side street. When I left the plod were interviewing her. But I'd already got her rego.

EDIT Not Folcan, he was on here at 8:35 this evening. Similar looking bike, but I think it looked too big for a 250. Had the YPERVO (or whaddever it is) decals on it.

Good on yer Mark. Hope you nail the biarch, I've been pulled out on a few times and it really gets the heart going. Luckily I haven't been collected yet. I drive a cage a lot in the course of my business day and can't get over how ignorant other drivers are of my biker family.

I've seen some wicked near misses out on the road, it just defies logic.

Markauckland - Keep a record of when the woman rings your parents place. Plus keep a record of what she says to either you or your parents. She aint allowed to do that... that is called harressment.

Especially after the police had just spoken to her...

Let the police deal with it, plus your insurance company.

DO NOT ring her under any circumstances from now on.

Sounds like she is running scared after the Police rang her. Best thing you can all do is let the Police do their jobs and let them deal with the alledged offending driver. She might be digging for dirt on you also...

yes insurance campany i'm sure my bike was a 03 zx6rr before hand.....

it's just changed looks i want it put back to be a zx6rr again please.....and some bugger changed the motor to a poxy 250

your not funny, insurance costs about $30 for third party, and would save you a lot of hassles in a situation like this, but have fun

accident happened on the 2nd i wentin on long weekend local cop shop was all closed up...went there on tuesday and the said we can't do anything without her rego....come back if you get it...

i got her rego went back reported it and they are sorting it out for me....

and gamgee....this has woken me up i need insurance.....

Congratulations mark. All the best for the fight. Few words of wisdom from someone who deosnt seem capable of it.

*Dont stretch the truth to see if you can get a better result
*Dont stoop to her level and ring her at home cause that can put a mark against your name.
*Dont try alter you bike to make the damage look worse
*If she phones, hang up, all can be dealt with in court cause this may well teach her a lesson. Next time it might be someone else who isnt so lucky
*Look for advice when you can and dont be afraid to say you dont know if you are not sure. Better saying that than making something up and forgetting what you said.
