    Motorcycle Underwear Tip/Question

A tip: My Cordura pants have a liner that is kinda gross if the conditions get a little warm. I would have worn polypropelyene (sp?) but I get powerful itchy when I get hot in it. I took a trip down to the Warehouse and found some 'thermal pants' that were made of polyester instead. They only cost about $10, not the usual $30. The polyester pants shouldnt be quite as hot either. Sweet.

They are pretty sweet under leather pants too.

There's something about this post that's both alluring, and yet strangely disturbing at the same time.

Very few people get to find out what's under my kilt... and to be asked in an open forum...

    tres strange...

Im a big fan of merino as a first layer.

It breathes better than any artificial fibre, and it doesnt smell as much (really useful if you are wearing it for days in a row).

downsides are that it is more expensive, and it takes a bit more looking after and slightly longer to dry. Both liveable with for the advantages.

Well no, but if you give him enough time Sean may just do that... Im keeping my fingers crossed that he wont but while he's in this "sharing" mood he might.

I just apply talcom powder to the undersides of my balls before riding...stops the chaffing...and depending on the weather I may go commando, briefs, boxer's or even a G...

:TIP: if you hav no talcom powder....try sticking napkins to the back of your balls with double sided tape!

This thread combined with this thread should give us a fairly comprehensive picture of what kiwibikers wear down there!!

Just keep things nicely trimmed down there Sean and you'll be itch free

and as per poos' post - a bit of talc and you won't need to concern your self with slippage
