Hmm you would think that they would want to shut you up as quickly and quietly as possible. Surely this would be a matter for OSH to deal with.

'Window Experts' are supposed to be looking at what if anything caused the window to break/fall out. 12 days on and it still hasn't been looked at. Had a discussion with the building managers today who said that 'if' they can find a reason for the breakage etc then a claim can be made.
