Cross the harbour bridge and just follow the road until at about Silverdale you see a large BP station.
From Silverdale, you shouldn't need to gas up, not speeding I would guess 2hrs.
If it was 8:00 leave that would allow a margin and possibly a bit of R&R.

To be honest, I am reconsidering.
Spending 5 hours in the saddle to sit in a room for 4 hours with me and TL being the only ones there is not all that appealling.
