Getting injured at the start of your holiday is a bitch. Still it could have been a lot worse.
Bet it gave you a helluva surprise.
Good luck for a speedy revovery.

Gee Graham, thats a bit flukey eh? Must be a Hells Angel out there missing his iron bar off his bike?

Real nice ride guys ' n gals. By the time I got to Albany I was ready to turn around and head up to Wellsford. The ride had great mojo!

Pretty well behaved lot last night, just a couple of things to point out:

    1. If you have max forward momentum and then realise the turn off is just in front of you, turn only if you can do so safely. If you have 30 bikes up your bum it pays to carry on up the road and then turn around.....

    2. One particular biker has 9 lives. After poppin the wheel up, this rider managed to put it back down just as a :Police car pulled out of a road just ahead of him. No doubt one he had a 'poo poo' moment and would have been well behaved sitting behind Mr.:Police til they parted company.

    3. If you decide to reverse your bike into a parking space up against the kerb, please watch what is going on around you, as you may have stolen someones spot.

    That is all.

Ha! no more 9 lives for me used em all up this arvo. Did a nice burn out to farewell my captives tho.

That turn off is a bit of a nasty one. Once over the brow of the hill before it, the following bikes cannot see you. Bit of a stuff up sorry.

Spoke to Graham today. His big toe is pretty swollen and black, probably a chipped bone. But numbing the pain while on holiday with plenty of bottles of brewed anathesia
