Thats cool about the helmet dude! You can get really cheap water proof pants for $20 from the warehouse, they survived my last blowoff sweet...

That's kewl - they caught the bastich? Let's hope all the i's are dotted and t's crossed so he doesn' get off on a technicality. The screwed thing is probably we're going to be paying for his defence

The good thing is that he actually was caught!

Maybe if you do an extremely descriptive victim impact report the Judge might give you a couple of free shots at the scum bag in the cells? That's pretty good news about the federales catching the bad guy. Big ups to plod. Here's hoping he's dumb enuff to admit driving the car when he hit you.

$20 (maybe less) from the Warehouse. They are a discreet navy colour and really robust.

OR you could go for those stiff plastic looking yellow jobbies... That way you can have matching Jacket and Pants, nothing more sexier than seeing those on a bike. No really.

A real bummer Phoenix about the "off" - what a wanker the Guy is. I wonder how many stolen cars are out there just circulating - bloody thousands I reckon, and the theives driving them don't give a shit about how they thrash them or what they hit, Tossers. Good to hear you're on the mend and that they got the Lowlife. Stick up for y'self with the Insurance Co, and dress it up with the Victim Report, - stress the vulnerability of 2 wheels and getting side swiped etc - hopefully that will reflect in his sentence.
