Fair enough, all of which should not require radar revenuing collecting devices.

Anyone can go fast in a straight line.
SO how come you ping them for squirtin it on the straights instead of ticketing them for poor cornering technique that would more likely lead to an accident.............................revenue!?

Okay, so that would be the blue 636 then?
So no other mufti cops in Auckland other than that one have radar?

I'm genuinly asking, because personally I havn't really looked out for wether the mufti cops I see have radar or not, they all have a bunch of shit on the dash but at a quick glance it's hard to tell wether it's only a radio or if it's also a radar unit too.

I think from now on I will be making an effort to see if the ones I do see have radar or not. Then I know first hand.

I'm just a bit pissed off with the double standards of our police force - seeing mufti cops blatantly exceed the speed limit in both a 60 zone and a 50 zone by over 20kph has just left me a bit sour. I really wouldn't care but I do because I've heard of mates who have been pinged going 15kph over the speed limit on the motorway where the conditions were perfect with little traffic.

Maybe you or another can answer me, why are there so many mufti cops?
Do the mufti cops have radar?
I had the best one the other day!

Mufti runs a red light, About the third car in the red light running queue so I push infront of him as he was also blocking an intersection and the dumb fuck tooted at me! Mr go on the green semi law abiding ME! When he was sitting there breaking two laws all cause he could and no one can touch him fucker

    He said "Auckland Central".

There is a navy Holden and Silver HSV that I have seen on Rodney roads as well as that blue Mazda - all doing traffic duty. You can usually see the radar equipment through the front or rear window.

    That's fucken bullshit.
You know the funniest thing about the two cops speeding in the mufit car?
It was that they both had dark shades on and the passenger was slouching in his chair with it leaning back - Maybe he thought he was in Miami Vice or in some other shit.

Maybe all the mufti's with radar park in a separate station. That way negative claims against the cops with regards to this can easily be answered without lying by saying there's only one at 'Auckland Central' and just omitting the fact that there are 20 at Auckland Sub-Central or whatever.

This was a semi pisstake/sarcasm. Don't go inferno anyone.

I thought the firearms instructors were Mountain Safety Council volunteers, not cops. Didn't think they'd get to use police vehicles.

Thought the same about crash investigators, thought most of them were independent.

Not that any of it's relevant.
