    In answer to the thread title “Would you take a car to a bike rally?” – No, I wouldn’t, it's a bike rally.

    In answer to the poll title “Would you take your car to the prize giving of a bike rally?” – Yes, possibly I would, if I felt like it - assuming the prize giving isn't actually at the rally.

    These are two different situations, and I didn’t vote because I don’t know which of these you’re really looking for the answer to.

    I must confess i too was lookin forward to seeing 90 odd bikes parked outside the RSA would have made for a bueatiful front page spread in the afternoon paper

    There might be reasons for doing so - like having to take along family, kids etc. But I must admit it does seem a bit pikey. Like trailering your bike to a rally.
