Its offences like this that warrant bringing back the death penalty.
    Its just unnaceptable.
Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.

He is actually incorrect in his statement there.

We are allowed to use bus lanes unless "SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED" , bus lane only does not specifically exclude anyone!

well i had a look in the road code, 2 signs, one with a pic of a bus with the word "lane" under it, can be used by motorbikes and cycles.
one with pic of bus and "only" below. not rocket science here! buses only.!!
I would say thats the only rules, they try to pull the same shit in wellington city, i got stoped by a cop and showed him the sign and told him to read the road code! idiot!!

bus lane means a lane reserved by a marking or sign installed
at the start of the lane and at each point at which the lane
resumes after an intersection for the use of—
    (a) buses; and
    (b) cycles and motorcycles (unless either or both are specifically
    excluded
    by the sign)
Says there , have put it bold to help , that special wording they are not using on their signs

Since the new road works have separated the bus lane from the road lanes and they have not signed the change so to confuse the public more with their shite use of signs and their ability to interpret their owns laws...... bunch of retards really .....
