M109R for sure!!
M109R for sure!!
Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.
Has to be The Roadking Custom.
Innovation? Engineering excellence? Performance? Price? Practicality?![]()
ZX14 are you kidding?.......that is the ugliest bike to come out of Japan in many years.![]()
Oh. I just realised. BOTY. Bike of the Year. Maurice is going to be disappointed.

So my fully informed and suitably qualified opinion is that the 675 is first and the Scrambler second, so there!![]()
Ps. I'd really like to ride any of the contenders, I really would!![]()
You don't get to be an old dog without learning a few tricks.
Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!
can't agree on the m109r - i thought the build quality was pretty average, although i did like the cartoon-like look from the rear 1/4. imho the rocket is the better big bore cruiser
Having Ridded the top ones I chose the ZXR14, I brought one its so damn good, best bike Ive ever ridden
Next Im with Big Dave the Buell, man that thing is fun and many other things
Ive run out of fucks to give
The XB12X rules itself out for me simply because, at 5 foot 10 I can't reach the ground, even on the lowered seat version. Perhaps there's room to consider the XB12SS?
The M109 looks a bit plastic compared to the Harley Street Rod, but as I've only ridden the Harley I couldn't comment on the Suzuki.
The other Harley's are just not my thing.
No-ones offered me a ride on the ZX14 yet but I'd love to have a go.
It just leaves for me the MV vs the Daytona.
I can't aspire to own the MV (kids keeep me broke) but the Daytona, well that's a possibility.
I vote for the 675
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
- James Dickey, Cherrylog Road.
New bikes huh? That's a bit of a stretch for me.
The Scrambler of course - pity other manufacturers haven't got such a rich past to delve into as Triumph.
The Aprillia V twin,450,550...motard,enduro,whatever - as beyond my skills as a sportsbike....but I like dream.
Moto Guzzi Griso - I can walk into any motorcycle shop and ignore every bike there, they just don't interest me.But shit, the Griso just hits every single button for me,I don't think I've been so totaly taken by a bike in my life.....I'm too scared to go into Mt Eden Motorcycles incase I see it again.Sometimes you see women like that, the most beautiful thing you've ever seen....and you know you haven't got a hope in hell of her even looking you way. This bike does that to me....
In and out of jobs, running free
Waging war with society
+1 Daytona 675.![]()
