    Licence demerit points

I seem to be hearing about a lot of licence endorsements - it sounds like the norm but then I thought maybe it's just those that get caught that shout loudest and that there is a silent majority that have never had a single demerit or fine in their life.

To test this out and see how widespread the targetting of Motorcyclists has become I've decided to put up this poll.

Notice I'm not asking if people are currently suspended coz that's none of my business - just if you've had your licence suspended from getting too many demerits.

Had one ticket about a year ago, 115kph 20 demerits. First and only one in 40 years (admnittedly, demerit points weren't invented when I started).

    Cunstable Kunt strikes again.

That was in a cage. I've never had a moving violation on a bike (touch wood) had to talk my way out of a few, though.

Been driving 14 years and never had a speeding ticket, a parking ticket, never even been stopped by the Police - either here or in the UK.

Could have something to do with my dad being an ex-policeman and my having so much fear over what HE would do to me versus what the law would do to me....LOL

    Damn it's a boring life!!

(only been riding 18 months tho so there's time yet.....)

Done some dumb stuff on my bike but haven't had a ticket yet *touches wood*. Was lucky enough to get a warning once for a collection of offences.

I have gotten excatly 100 demerits, the man came and took my licence, but they have since expired and I have had 0 for about ten months (and counting).

Who really cares who got what.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Well you could always practice writing them out to yourself.

Up until this year I hadn't collected any but since moving to Taranki I've received two lots of tax. What really surprised me is the speeds I got done for would have previously got no reaction or at worst a flash of lights.

Dunno what points I have, but my last ticket was a couple of years ago so they should be expired. When did demerit points come in? I have never bothered with knowing how many points I have,if I have too many I'm sure they will tell me.

Only ever one ticket for 61 in a 50. Slight downhill, automatic car not quite watching the speedo creep. Early days of speed cameras, got caught on Gt Nth Rd, Glen Eden. No demerit points back then either.
