Gonna have to hold off on the details cause it now seems that my insurance lapsed on 20.01.2007

So it seems like it may be my word against his, depending on action taken in the near future.

some insurance companies are good about this stuff, as long as you flick them some money to insure your bike for the next year.

I was at least 7km from McJim's house when I binned. And I think he was in Waiuku at the time, so he is absolved of any blame in my incident at least

So now we are starting to work out the effective area of "The Scottish Rider"

Waiuku to East Auckland is how far?

At least 7km from any major structure influenced by him.

Would it be possible to hook up a SAT NAV and plot his meanderings for a week or two. We may then be able to build up a graphical idea of the area of effect. Thereby allowing others to plot a no go area and a safe area.

But, is his Aura of Bin that surrounds him of constant strength? Maybe it waxes and wanes with the moon ? Or the mating cycle of small furry subterranean animals? Or follows the ley lines? Or the railway lines?

Factors I hadnt considered. Major investigations needed here. Wonder if the Lottery Commission will give me a grant to further the study as it is very much safety related.

McJ.... If, in the ensuing investigation into your paranormal efect upon the stability of motorcycles, it is deemed a necessity that we engage a the services of an alien grroup to perform an anal probe, would you have any objections?

Feel free to step in here Dover.
