Moped - small capacity motor bicycle with turning pedals attached to a crank.

It will be good when the Ministry of Transport decides to speak English - or at least assigns the correct meanings to words already in existence.

The Ministry are pondering (plotting, the paranoid might say) a raft of changes , to make us all safer. They won't actually annouce anything until it's all ready to go, you don't think the puiblic are going to have any say in the matter do you? The Men from the Ministry know what's best for you.
Their ultimate objective is to have us all safely in cars,as that will improve their road toll figures.

Actually, their ultimate objective is to have all of us safely in public transport. Which also stops the hoi polloi (ie us) getting uppitty ideas about going where we want to when we want to. Such freedoms should obviously be reserved for them .

    Two things.

    1. I'm still trying to figure out "abolution". Are we abolishing toilet stops now?

    2. Public Transport is utter rubbish. There is fundamentally no longer any need for it. AT least a third of the workforce doesn't need to go to a cubicle to perform their day to day job. The only reason we do is so "they" can see us. If "they" can see us, we must be working.

Ban Public Transport I say. Fix the carbon emissions issue and the quality of life issue in one go.

As for mopeds, I think I may buy a 4WD with bullbars, preferably a late '80s SWB Pajero. You can figure the rest out.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
