There's been enough bitching avout this stuff in kiwi and aussie bike mags. Sellers like this can buy a load of bikes from China, pay for someone to containerise them over there, ship them to NZ and get a freight company to unload the container and deliver them. The seller never sees the product, let alone offers warranties or after sales service. It was complained about for those mini-chopper things and now seems to be happening with real bikes. The govt really needs to do something about this.

I doubt this dude actually posseses even one bike let alone 10. He'll get one now, now that he's got a sale.

EDIT: Why does the govt have to do something about it? As someone said, a fool and his money are soon parted. caveat emptor and all that. The dude was honest (sort of) about no warranty and so on, if someone reads all that and still pays $2800, well , that's their choice.

They are legal, and are in fact encouraged as a "novelty" way of controlling the population explosion...

Oh my god, I can't believe after reading the q and a people aren't running for the hills. Theres an expression "goes or going like a chinese motorcycle". Does that give ya any clues as to how reliable this shower of shit might be?
