Some time ago I went past a car on his left and the speed camera was facing me from the right side of the road.. Would the car get that ticket?

Two vehicles in the photo, no ticket. They might just send it out anyway and see if they pay or request the photo.

And where exactly would you stick it? Over the ram air intakes? or the headlight maybe? Or to the radiator of a naked bike perhaps? I know, stick it to the headers of a cruiser.
Great idea there RM, just needs a little more work maybe.

If it was a fixed camera they can tell without question who was speeding and who wasn't. The say they can tell even if it is a mobile camera, but generally don't issue a ticket if there is more than one vehicle in the photo.

I can see the funny side to this, the speed camera van getting heaps of speed camera fines.

But they did it once too often and got busted.

    Mwahahaha now that is funny

What? Bollocks. That's below flat-open-road cruising speed for the average cyclist, not to mention downhill speed.

They get two cops to grab you like they did to me once, or the other time they waited till I was in a building (cycle courier) and were holding my bike when I got out. Got away both times tho! On foot in dress shoes and a suit/uniform in summer v.s a bike courier in the city? No chance.
