    Are bikes just too dangerous?

In light of the killing of that poor 13 year old girl, are motorbikes too dangerous? I think they are. So much so that my bike is now for sale. I urge you to do the same.

Its just not fair on everyone else.

    Another reminder that speed kills.

Yes. Yes they are. Very dangerous. Not many can hack it. You're doing the best thing. It's not for you. Only a few , a select few , can go out every day and look death in the face, and sneer at him (he hates that). Enjoy your cage.

If you go back to it youll know when you are ready.

Im over road riding for a number of reasons, and one of them is I dont want to put other peoples lives in danger.

So taking it to the track instead.

I think most people cant handle motorbikes, if it cant support itself with out something holding it up, it shouldn't be on the road.

Good wind up scott. That accident was the result of a 15yr old kid being a dick head. If he'd been in a car he would have killed her anyway...

    only the riders are dangeous

how can an inanimate object be dangerous
its only the stupid choices the riders makes that make it so in many of the cases, not all.
More dangeous than a 15 year old learner in a Turbo charged WRX Subaru?

It the rider thats the problem
    Not the machine

Ego/ Peer pressure/lack of common sence are the common denominators.

Sadly that child was killed by an IDIOT who had no brains
