    New 1000cc Hornet

Has anyone seen this before? Honda's new "Big Daddy" Hornet. What do you reckon?
    Me? Not entirely convinced.

At least the colours match, bloody Honda stuffed so many colour matching things on my Hornet. First thing I thought when I looked at it was, what would I do to it? LOL. Not sure about the tank though, looks kinda wrong, can't put my finger on it. Bet my hubby likes it though, coming to a garage near you.........?

Looks to me like the handlebars are too low... seating position of a sportsbike with none of the advantages of fairings.

    Say what?
The handle bars are well above the top tripple clamp.
What do you want? A chopper?

I thought it bore more than a passing resemblance to the X11 as Jim said but your post is probably spot on. No disrespect to Hornet or CB1300 owners but I think Honda really lack a credible muscle bike at the moment and I for one would welcome a revised X11 or Hornet on steroids

I have seen this pic before. Tis a guess of what Honda could do and has been written off by many as not going to happen.

I hope the 900 gets a revamp, like the 600 has just had. Would like the new CBR1000 engine (tuned for torque not top end), upright riding position, great brakes, suspension etc and naked.

    Honda, you reading this??

Is it just me or does it seem that Honda seriously lag when it comes to new offerings. Having trouble recalling anything really new out of Honda in a long while. They even seem to be slow to update old models and generally only tickle them up a little when they do.

Fair call, look at the VTR, or even then VFR.

Maybe they think their client base is a conservative lot that don't handle change to well.
