Yeah, maybe your bike should move somewhere with less wind

you certainly are having a bad week, it sucks noone has owned up to hitting your bike, but people seem to have a different attitude toward bikes, however you could approach local shops they may have surveillance tapes that show the deed being done, it's rough you should have to fork out the excess in this case.

Went into farmers and there the lady told me that she saw someone pick it up and then watched it drop again.

The bike is ok to drive up to Gisborne next week, so I am looking forward to that, but I will not be showing it off as much, unless of course I am with the bike and say, well this is where the dumb prick crashed into it.

    Angry

    Thats gotta be a bummer

I restored my bike and then three times in 2 weeks had it tampered with at work. Noone knows who done it (typical)
They let my rear tyre partway down twice, first time I was returning home 1am on a wet windy night and didnt really notice it was flatish, till I was about 10km for anywhere and then the bead started to let go, managed to limp it to a garage and got it sorted.
This coulda been serious or fatal had I come off.

Then the culprit dragged my right mirror round stripping the thread in it.

I now park my bike away from the park area and in view of the security cameras. I have told work should my bike be tampered with I will be requiring the video tape of that day LOL .... and warned them should I identify the culprit I will be comming to work with a pick handle and discouraging him via his kneecaps from doing such things again.

Pleased to see so far after 3 months my bike hasnt been touched.

They can scratch/tamper with my car and I get annoyed ... but dare touch my 'baby' and I get mad LOL

    BEWARE BEWARE.
There were unknown supernatural forces at work in the original thread. Read the history. It is long and scarey. That bike is infamous and dreaded in the annals of KB.

Ensure first that you have a good supply of garlic, and some +7 blessed holy water.
