A WOF does not require a numberplate. Seperate issue entirely.

check the tail light the lens should have a reflector in it
as to the number plate you need to take a pic from the dash of a car at 6 or
7 car lengths be hind the bike. the plate is no worse than some that are about
it looks like there is no light over the plate wich is onother fine.
    good luck with the apeal

Well....to put a final full stop to this thread...I had my court case today and the wanker didn't even show up, probably because he couldn't see where he was driving and got lost.....blind cuntstable!

So, They threw it out and I got let off both charges. Pisses me off tho....wasting everyones time and deciding that it is not worthwhile to show up and try to explain to the court why he is the only person that can't read my plate! WANKER!

    wanker cop = 0
    Me = 1
    fuck you!

    Excellent news mate!!!

That is the "shotgun" approach to ticketing. Just write heaps and see how many pay up.

take the cop to the disbutes tribunal for the loss on income.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

He never intended to turn up. End result is you've wasted a lot of time, probably cost you some money and certainly some stress.

    Cost him nothing.

Oh yeah baby, 'stick it to the man',... it pisses them off.

Only beware, sometimes the 'them' that is pissed off can end up being yourself...as the unfortunate Biggles08 found out.

There needs to be a penalty for such vexacious prosecution when they don't show up and don't notify you. I mean, you spend time & money preparing and show up and if you don't show, you're penalised. Why shouldn't it work both ways? It'd certainly go some way towards stopping such harrassment of citizens.

cops did show in court but as soon as I appeared they withdrew the evidence and dropped the case

seems they know they are skating on thin ice
