That is minor damage mate. New clip on (handle bar) if you have to buy one would be $60-$80, light will just be a bulb or loose wire. Once you have more details, feel free to PM me for help.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

That's just the bar end weight snapped (or bent). No biggie, you don't even need it. Maybe just a new bolt, at worst an after market pair. All up should be less than $100.

I'm actually not too fussed about the handlebar, but i need to get a warrant soon. I don't think it will pass because the throttle doesn't snap back anymore, (kinda like cruise control)

There's plenty of helpful people in Wellington that will offer some help.

Now that could be a problem!, be very careful riding it, heck even i wouldn't ride it like that, crashed a fair few times riding with a jam throttle. The bar end's no biggy, i have a couple RG150 one's what will fit, you might be able to bend it back actually.

I think your bar weight is stopping your throttle from rolling back quickly. Try removing it.

There's a technique for those bar weights. you don't just unscrew it.

Unscrew it till its easy to unscrew like its not tight. then push in and pull out.

Thanks for the help everybody! I'll try do the handlebar tomorrow. About the horn now, I thought it was a disconnected wire but reconnected it today and it still doesn't work. Any other solutions for the horn?

    Horns fail all the time.
You should be able to get a new one (standard 12V horn bought from any bike store or even repco etc).
Should just bolt straight on and plug in.

This technique works best if you wear a low cut top.
