I'll keep my eyes open for a place with garage in Newlands for ya. You know you want to move closer to me and Nige, and be a Newlands Elite, Malcolm just needs a little "convincing" that's all!!

I would love to but Malcolm works in Upper Hutt and I work in town so Lower Hutt/ Petone area is our compromise!

sounds a great idea - have done it myself but they are not ventilated very well and everything will sweat inside a container

will **** your alloy cost me a fortune as I ended up having to take all the alloy parts off the bike and get them chromed

"Junk" (whatever that is) will expand to fill any space provided for it.

OI !. You've been talking to Mrs Ixion, haven't you? . It's *not* junk. It is all VERY USEFUL VALUABLE stuff. Yes, even the stuff that I don't know what it is.

A very simple solution would be like this .....
Humans move into the small shed to sleep and (Ahemm) whatever you do with a "nice arse" .
And bikes and tools and stuff move into the flat so as the natural spreading out method can be applied without cramping progress.

Only hassle i can see is you have to leave a narrow track between what is now the garage door and the dunny . Otherwise i can see no problems adapting.
