its what bikes are made for....a fucking 250/400 inline 4 needs 10,000+ RPM to move, someone is having a spirited ride, enjoying themselves, it could be their first bike, and they are feeling that rush that comes with those first few twists of the wrist.

Then burn him. With bio-diesel. Which will have to be pre-warmed to 65C to burn, so make sure you prepare it first.
