I'm not sure if Honda is really involved in this, but they have had these sorts of strange partnerships, especially with small traditional bikes like the SS50 (which this looks surprisingly similar to the later ones, if you rip off all the strange adornments and paintjobs) and the C50, C90 et al -- in Malaysia they had a setup like this, producing bikes locally -- maybe still do.
It only talks about parts availability in terms of engine bits -- `Engine parts .....: All Honda Dealers.' Which sounds OK, as it sure as hell looks like a standard Honda horizontal single 50, and why would you mess with such a long-running successful (and cheap!) design?
The gears have gone international.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
and "club-racing conversion" ?
Getting 100km/h+ out of a 4-stroke 50cc ain't THAT easy without lots of $$$
(Unless you buy one of those sexy Dream 50R's)
"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."

lot of fun for a 15 year old spotty apprentice.
A universal dream of greatness is that
We push ourselves to the limit
Yet still be brilliant when the chips are down.
Sometimes , The struggle kills the dream.
I would think you need a bike licence..
And you would never get any parts for it...
And 80kmph per litre BULLSHIT !!
Crazy Steve
my dad holds nz standing 1/4 mile drag on 50cc, did it in 18.73 seconds i think, 70 something mph on a suzi from memory,
