    I hope I don't do that, once you've done it theres no turning back (excuse the pun).

    Since he was obviously such a prick and thought he was the s**t I would've done the same. If it didn't teach the rider a lesson it must have tought your son a lesson or two- Don't be an arse to people and think before you act, so if you do something stupid then the person you were friendly to will help you out.

    HoBag with reverse

    Well you could have been a 'real gentleman' and explained how to reverse the polarity/terminals on the bikes battery, so the starter spun backwards, click into first, press start, slip clutch and??????? Voila a reverse gear!

    That's how Goldwings do it. Starter runs it backwards

    No idea - I left him there.

    If he had of asked for help - I would have gladly given it to him.

    But since my previous "hi" to him obv. wasn't appreciated - I thought why put myself a second time.

    Could be still there for I know. Or reading this thread ......

    Don't see the problem., I often park nose first. That's what the little motorcycle lane beside the road is for, so you can get out (just wish they didn't have that big bump getting on to it)
