So just who are you to tell someone else how to ride?
I'm a person who makes mistakes like everyone else, i'm a person who minimises the risk where I can, and I'm a person who has scraped many an injured or dead body off the road to know it's not just about the freedom of riding as you wish....
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message.

I didn't make it obvious that we were traveling north at about 60 km/h on my original post. Anyway regarding me telling other people how to ride, do you think that this was safe? How do you think that looked to the other car drivers? Regarding the singlet, the point was lack of gear not the colour. I stated the colour so that if the rider was on this forum, he'd know I meant him. By the way, he wore no gloves either. This sort of riding in a built up area just adds fuel to the fire that seems to be building up against us in the papers and on the talkback lately. Whether its our fault or not, we're on a hiding to nothing, riding like the R6 rider did, makes it worse. My two cents worth.

Wouldn't we be better off shooting the scared SafetyNazis who think they can tell others how to dress, ride and live?

Quickly now, before they ruin ALL the fun

Id rather be a motorcyclist ,

    than a cop, a politician, a catholic priest,A Maori,
A Pacific Islander, A Asian, An Arab)= their the ones who get "THE Bad press"

as for the bad press, for bike rider,s --------what bad press

go out and ask some one on the street , what they think about bike riders, ,,, guess what, they'll tell you fuck all,

Because they dont give a fuck,

but ask them about ,The cops, a politician, a catholic priest,A Maori,
A Pacific Islander, A Asian, An Arab, I think you might get more of a answer.

You might not like how someone rides,
but i think saying it puts all of us in a bad light, is crap.
What the fuck is going on in here.

If I ask you to bend over, Its because I Likke you.

Holy crap. Splitting 2 lanes of traffic.... At least he was not splitting 3 lanes of traffic.... or splitting hairs like the original post.

Maybe it's that fact that he did it at speed? Not much point in splitting if you are going the same speed as the cagers, is there?

I guess his real crime is the fact that he was wearing a black singlet. Now that is a crime!

I also believe that around the time of the tragic accident where 3 riders died there was a lot of discussion on the TV about motorcycles and riders. My non-riding family members are often mentioning to me about someone they have observed riding carelessly.

    I'm a careless rider.

i.e. I don't give a fuck what you're riding in as long as you have a Helmet on. It's none of my fucking business. If you fall off and get nailed that's your problem, not mine.

What difference does it make having the sprogs aboard ? Other than the "think of the chillllldrrreeennnnnn !!!!!!!" factor.
