    Cops targeting Woodcocks Road Warkworth

    Fellow Bikers, be advised that Police are targeting Woodcocks Road Warkworth, had a mate get nicked there the other day. Cop told him that he got another guy the day before for 167 k's. My mate did not even see him he was hiding up a side road. Be aware as I know the new seal and all the twisties on this road are very nice and you loose sight of your speed.

    They never targeted Woodcocks Rd when it was gravel.That's the worst thing they did to that road - now we have wankers speeding on it spoiling it for everyone else.Gone are the days when it was my own personal race track....

    The Ginga brigade have been targeting that road ever since it was sealed. Like Mr Motu says, worst thing they ever did was seal it. Noone gave a stuff how fast you went down it when it was gravel.

    I went through there today and there were traffic counters at several points along the road. I suspect we'll see an 80kph speed limit and double-yellows through there soon, like all the others now appearing in the Rodney area.
